Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for selling our services in the areas of website development, graphic design, marketing, and advertising, for both social media platforms and print media. Your primary objective will be to generate new leads, build strong relationships with clients, and close sales to achieve revenue targets. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for technology, creativity, and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential clients in need of website development, graphic design, marketing, and advertising services.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand clients’ needs, competition, and industry trends in order to effectively position our services.
  • Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotes that effectively communicate the value of our offerings and address clients’ unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to create customized solutions tailored to clients’ objectives and budgets.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our services, staying up-to-date with the latest industry advancements and innovations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and addressing clients’ concerns or inquiries promptly.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and a fair value exchange for both parties.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis, striving to exceed expectations.
  • Effectively utilize CRM systems to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network, generate leads, and stay informed about industry developments.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a similar role selling website development, graphic design, marketing, and advertising services.
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including social media platforms, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences and client needs.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software tools such as Monday (preferred), Salesforce, Hubspot, GSuite, Asana, and/or zendesk .
  • Knowledge of web design principles, graphic design concepts, and print media advertising is preferred.

License/Certification

  • Drivers license (required): We find a lot of success by visiting conferences and chatting with prospects directly.

As a valuable member of our team, you will not only receive a base rate + commission, but also have the potential to earn additional commission based on your exceptional performance. Our commission rates are designed to increase as you surpass predefined targets, allowing you to maximize your earnings based on your sales achievements.
