Introduction
Dynamise is a co-packer specializing in bespoke skincare, haircare, liquid supplements and liquid botanical extracts. They were looking for a team to handle the development of a new website, with full ecommerce functionality, assist with their search engine optimization, and manage their digital advertising efforts.
Website
The first milestone of our new relationship was to create their new home. A place where they can sell their own products while promoting their co-packer abilities. We utilized our favorite tools: WordPress as our content management system, Elementor as the page builder, and Crocoblock as a super set of plugins for Elementor. As mentioned in our previous project, we have a lifetime license to Crocoblock. This means our clients don’t need to pay for a Elementor Pro or a Crocoblock license themselves (a combined savings of about $410.50/year).
The video above showcases both the new homepage for Dynamise and their menu. There’s something about menus that really make a website.
The above video shows a bit of the behind the scenes. We utilize Figma to design all of our websites before we even open up our browser. You may have noticed that there are hundreds of photos in the video. We facility entire projects. This means going beyond just a website. For this project we identified that Dynamise should first get professional photography taken. Thus, it became our responsibility to find the right photographer for Dynamise. One that showcases their facility, and their personality.
For this we contracted Nat Caron photography, a local photographer in Barrie. Needless to say, she killed it. These photos are incredible. Here’s a slew of photos that Dynamise now has as part of their arsenal (there’s over 100, but here’s 8).

Shop
Dynamise wanted a full ecommerce solution. For this we utilized WooCommerce, one of the largest ecommerce solutions in the world; and it’s free. Crocoblock also has plugins for Woocommerce that allowed us to customize their shop even further.
We’re no strangers in ecommerce, managing websites that are currently generating over $1,000,000 in ecommerce revenues for our various clients. One thing we learned is to always have a landing page specific to the store, outside of just the catalog and home page (if the home page isn’t already the store landing page).
Check out the store in the video below.
Wave effect
You may have noticed a few effects on the page that stand out. Specifically how most of the images are in a blob effect, and the text appears like a wave. This was a design choice, to tie together the fact that Dynamise works purely with liquids. When the user scrolls up or down the wave effect will restart creating for a really unique interaction.
For those curious about how we got the image effect, it’s actually just a simple CSS animation that changes the border radius of each corner of the image, in such a way that it looks like a blob.
Final comments
With this first phase done, our next step is to begin their advertising efforts.
